Aramark, one of the country’s largest food service companies, supplies food to millions of Americans at colleges, hospitals, stadiums, and other large institutions. But its menus feature huge amounts of meat, seafood, and dairy, which make up millions of tons of climate-wrecking greenhouse gas emissions from agriculture. Urge the company to reduce its carbon footprint by shifting toward plant-based, climate-friendly foods.
