Have you heard that the Biden administration is trying to redefine the term “sex” under Title IX?

If they succeed, federal laws regulating schools across the country will accept “sexual oriention” and “gender identity” as definitions of sex. 

This will effectively eliminate single-sex spaces such as bathrooms, locker rooms, and even dorm rooms! Title IX was designed to protect women from discimination in academic settings, but this rule change will: 

• Deprive women of privacy and safety
• Open single-sex spaces like bathrooms, locker rooms, and dorm rooms to men identifying as women
• Open activities like women’s sports to men who identify as women
• Jeopardize the federal dollars accepted by every school—from kindergarten to college

This rule change would be enforceable by the heavy-hand of the federal government.

Don’t let it happen. This rule change is subject to public comment, during which anyone can object to the rule change and the government MUST respond. Twice the Biden administration proposed rules that were stopped due to public outcry. Let’s go for a third.

3. Add 3-5 sentences of your own thoughts to the pre-written comment (the Biden administration is required to respond individually to each unique comment)
