We’ve just learned that Judge Brasher has refused to live stream today’s hearing at the Fulton County Courthouse, where our co-counsel is giving oral arguments in our case against Marjorie Taylor Greene.
According to Judge Brasher, the fact that the courtroom is open is enough to meet Georgia’s standards for a public hearing. But what Representative Greene did to try to overturn the results of a democratic election concerns all of us.
We’re sorry we won’t be able to stream this critical hearing, but know that our fight for justice and accountability continues undaunted.
