SHOULD THE SUPREME COURT UPHOLD THE CONSTITUTIONALITY OF SOCIAL SECURITY?

Deadline: Midnight | Response from [email protected]: Missing

Friend, the hyper-conservative Supreme Court continues to defy the will of the people, stripping away rights and protections that countless Americans rely on. Now, experts are saying Social Security could be next!

During her confirmation hearings, Amy Coney Barrett refused to say whether or not she believes Social Security is protected by the Constitution – and after the Court overturned Roe v. Wade, Clarence Thomas made it clear that they didn't plan to stop there.

Sixty-five million Americans rely on these critical benefits and many young workers are counting on them in the future. We can't stand by and let this extremist court put hardworking Americans' retirement at risk.

We've launched an urgent poll to make sure our voices are heard loud and clear. But we're still missing your response, friend. Please, before our midnight deadline, let us know where you stand:
