Hi John – Nick, Annette’s campaign manager, here with some troubling news. We did a mid-month check-in of our fundraising numbers, and grassroots donations have majorly slowed down this month. In fact, we are still $1,392 behind schedule. 

I wouldn’t ask if it wasn’t important: will you please rush a donation to our campaign to put us back on track?

John, these fundraising goals aren’t arbitrary. They are carefully calculated to ensure we can invest in the infrastructure we need to win in November. But if we don’t close this gap ASAP, we are going to have to make some difficult budget cuts.

Look, we can win this election, but it’s going to require a full-team effort. And with recent polling showing this race neck-and-neck, we can’t take our foot off the gas now.
