President Joe Biden sounded the alarm on the right to vote-by-mail:

He’s absolutely right. We need to make it easier for everyone to vote because our rights are on the ballot in November.

But the harsh reality is: as long as the filibuster exists, Democrats will never be able to pass a national Vote-by-Mail Option.
