Our latest huge MRP polling analysis shows Boris Johnson will be denied a majority if fewer than 41,000 people vote tactically in 36 seats. That would swing the election. It would be a victory for hope.

Our latest data shows Johnson’s predicted majority has more than halved since our last MRP poll a fortnight ago. That's because you helped us spread the word about tactical voting. People are getting the message and they are changing who they plan to vote for.

With just days left, this is our final update to our data before election day. We will not stop. We will keep spreading the word. We will keep reaching more and more voters.

I hope you will carry on helping. We are so close now. We can stop this damaging Tory government clinging on to power. We can save our NHS and get the final say on Brexit.

Look at Dewsbury, where it would take just 82 pro-European voters to switch parties to stop the Conservatives taking the seat. Or West Bromwich, where it's just 183. Or Bedford and Kempson with just 192. Or Colne Valley with 256. Or... so many other places.

Our voting system is broken. It just can't deal with the crisis in our politics. That's why tactical voting is necessary. I still don't like it. Of course I'd rather vote for the party I really want to win. But until we fix our system this is how we stop the Tories taking advantage.
