Hey John—I’m Jason Kander, the former Secretary of State of Missouri and founder of Let America Vote.

I’m proud to support Josh Shapiro for Governor of Pennsylvania. He’s someone who has always and will always fight to protect the right to vote and the foundations of our democracy.

That’s in stark contrast to Josh’s opponent, Doug Mastriano — who has already promised to appoint a Secretary of State who will decertify voting machines and de-register voters at his whim.

Mastriano also made it clear he has absolutely no respect for our democracy or for the will of the voters — he led the efforts to overturn the 2020 presidential election in Pennsylvania and literally attended the January 6th insurrection, crossing police barricades and standing with rioters at the Capitol steps.

We cannot leave our democracy to Doug Mastriano. That’s why I’m doing everything I can to make sure we elect Josh Shapiro Pennsylvania’s next Governor this November.
