Our fundraising is behind where it should be with three weeks left till the end of the last quarter of 2019. Normally, I would say that we have three weeks to turn it around before the final 2019 public finance report is due but I don’t have any time to fundraise -- I have to spend all my time in DC sitting in the Judiciary Committee hearings fighting for our democracy.
And here’s the thing -- the two Republican extremists who are hoping to flip our South Florida district will be scouring this public FEC finance report looking for any bit of weakness in my re-election campaign that they can exploit in 2020.
This public finance report is arguably the most important of the year considering the following month is January 2020. Each and every month is critical until election night on November 3rd so let’s make sure we’re set.
