Friend,

If you weren’t able to attend this morning’s Lady Bird Breakfast at the Texas Democratic Convention -- let me tell you about the energy in that room. I had the privilege of hosting this event with my friend and Democratic candidate for Attorney General Rochelle Garza. And one thing has never been more clear -- Texas Democratic Women are the backbone of our party.

Women in our party represent the best of us -- parents and teachers. Providers and caregivers. Friends and partners. Role models and community leaders. I could not be more proud of the work Texas Democratic Women have contributed over the years, and I know the future of our state is in great hands thanks to the upcoming generation of leaders.

This November marks the first election in a post-Roe world, and the stakes could not be higher. But let me tell you -- Texas women are strong, determined, and committed to giving this all we’ve got. And with unapologetically pro-choice Democratic candidates like Rochelle, Mike and Beto on the ballot, we can make our state safe for women again.

Friend, with less than 4 months until November 8th, this election is just around the corner. Will you rush a $7 contribution so we can register and mobilize new pro-choice voters and take back our state?

We’ve got our work cut out for us, but just as David beat Goliath, we can defeat anti-Texan Republicans together. I can just feel it in my bones.

Kind regards,

Wendy Davis
