The Supreme Court has shown that it will stop at nothing to impose its anti-democratic agenda on the American people: voting and civil rights, reproductive freedom, LGBTQ equality, gun reform, climate justice and consumer and workers' rights are all in peril unless we rein in the stolen Court.

That’s why, John, I’m excited to share the news.

This Monday we’re joining Sen. Ed Markey, Rep. Hank Johnson, and Rep. Mondaire Jones — original sponsors of the Judiciary Act of 2021 — along with fellow congressional leaders Rep. Rashida Tlaib, Rep. Bonnie Watson Coleman, Rep. Jan Schakowsky, Rep. Mark Takano, and Rep. Andy Levin in front of Congress to renew their calls to pass the Judiciary Act and expand the Supreme Court.

Every day more and more people are recognizing the moment we’re in: we cannot afford to waste anymore time before we expand and rebalance this illegitimate and unaccountable Court.
