John,

With the Supreme Court overturning Roe v. Wade and draconian anti-choice bills being pushed around the country, the clock on reproductive rights is turning back decades.

Here in Michigan, the clock could roll back even further—all the way to 1931.

With Roe no longer in effect, Michiganders could be forced to live under a nearly century old, dangerous abortion ban. And across the country, many people face this same fate.

Simply put, the stakes couldn’t be higher. A future in which we lose the right to a safe and legal abortion is here. And we need strong leaders like Janet Mills in Maine to help us fight back.

That’s why I filed a lawsuit and asked the Michigan Supreme Court to ensure Michigan’s arcane abortion ban never goes into effect.

And while Janet and I are both standing strong to protect reproductive rights, anti-choice radicals and their special interest backers are prepared to pour millions of dollars into attack ads.

Can you help us stand strong and support Janet Mills – with a donation of $10 or whatever you can manage today?
