JD embarked on a law enforcement tour across Ohio, including Dayton, Ottawa, Youngstown, Zanesville, Columbus, Washington Court House, Lebanon, and Cincinnati, to learn more about the challenges Ohio police face.  He recounted some of his thoughts in this thread. Here’s a sampling: “Many guys are second or third generation officers and they beg their sons and daughters to avoid police work. They’re exhausted and overworked. They arrest people and see them back on the streets the next day. They are harassed, sometimes at their homes, but constantly online and by political activists and leaders. They deserve so much better. And more importantly: this is how we descend into barbarism. If you can’t recruit good cops, how do you protect a civilization? We are playing with fire right now. The people harassing police officers, accusing them of being the new Jim Crow (hi @TimRyan), and destroying their budgets are turning our country over to violence and chaos. Time for some big changes.” JD also crushed Tim Ryan for his soft on crime record in an interview on NBC:  "It's terrible. [Tim Ryan] is a guy who, in the wake of the George Floyd killing, called all police systemically racist and said law enforcement was the new Jim Crow." JD weighed in on Twitter as well:  Tucker Carlson called out Tim Ryan for being a fraud:  "Tim Ryan may be the most disappointing Democrat in the US Congress … For a little while, he posed as someone who understands the trials of the people he represents … guy's a total fraud, and he knows he's a fraud, and we called him on it" Speaking of fraud, Tim Ryan is pretending to be a moderate, but he’s endorsed by AOC, one of the most liberal politicians in the country.  REP. ALEXANDRIA OCASIO CORTEZ unveiled her newest endorsement: TIM RYAN. It’s no surprise Tim Ryan received an endorsement from one of the furthest-left members of Congress: Tim Ryan votes with AOC 95% of the time.  Tim Ryan is living off of his taxpayer-funded salary to campaign, all while he isn’t showing up for work.    JDblasted Tim Ryan for his lies and abuse of taxpayer dollars: JD: "I don't know what's worse, Tim Ryan showing up or not, because he votes with Joe Biden 100% of the time. It's hilarious that a guy who claims to speak for working people, is claiming two years after the pandemic that COVID prevents him from showing up and doing his job.” When Tim Ryan does decide to show up to work, he votes with Biden 100% of the time, including for Biden’s trillions in far-left, reckless spending that delivered us 40-year record inflation.  JD blasted Tim Ryan on Newsmax:  JD: "Everything is getting more expensive, and so if you're getting a 3% raise at work you're actually getting 6% poorer because of the 9% inflation … I think in Ohio, we both blame the president but we also blame failed congressional leadership." Breitbart and The Ohio Star picked up the story as well:   In one article, JD said: “Joe Biden and Tim Ryan have decimated America’s energy sector and spent money we don’t have instead of rebuilding our broken economy. The Biden-Ryan agenda has failed Ohio. It’s time for new leadership, and a new direction." JD joined Charlie Kirk to blast Tim Ryan and Democrats for their ridiculous energy policies:  JD: "They're blaming Joe Biden [for soaring gas prices], because Joe Biden came out and said two years ago that he wants the American people to pay more for energy so that we'll transition to a green economy."  JD told WKBN: "We've got to get back to drilling, to exploring, to refining our own energy in this state, because we've got great resources. We can employ Ohioans to do it. It would also drive down costs for consumers." Last week, Joe Biden visited Ohio. But, Tim Ryan, who votes with Biden 100% of the time, was nowhere to be seen. Surprising, since he was a “Biden Campaign Surrogate!”  Luckily, Ryan’s absence didn’t go unnoticed:   Across Ohio,JD and the Vance Team wished America, ‘Happy Birthday!’   SOCIAL.
