LAST WEEK, the Department of Health and Human Services announced it would begin to enforce the Trump-Pence administration's gag rule — the one that censors health care providers and blocks patients from getting the reproductive health care they need. This is a direct threat to everything from birth control to cancer screenings to referrals for abortion. It's a targeted attack on Planned Parenthood health centers and care for millions of patients.
