BREAKING: Congress Voted Yesterday To Condemn The Boycott Israel Movement

This week, the House of Representatives proved bipartisanship IS possible in Washington. 

On Tuesday, we voted to approve a resolution that opposes the dangerous boycott movement against Israel. While it faced some pushback from high-profile extremist progressives like Ilhan Omar and Rashida Tlaib, the measure passed.

As an original sponsor of this resolution, I am extremely pleased that my colleagues and I were able to come together and to condemn the Global Boycott, Divestment, and Sanctions (BDS) Movement that aims to delegitimize the state of Israel. 

The BDS Movement only takes us further from peace, and we will continue to condemn this hateful movement. 

I am committed to continuing our hard work to defend our strongest ally in the Middle East.  Passing this resolution was just the first step!
