America is facing a massive reckoning all thanks to the Democrats’ massive spending. Take this week for example — our inflation rate reached a whopping 9.1% for the month of June while the national debt approached $30,600,000,000,000 (yes, that’s 11 zeros).
You’d think these glaring red flags would stop the party of reckless spending once and for all. Unfortunately, they’re continuing to pedal our nation into economic collapse full steam ahead by proposing nutty bills to spend even more.
Earlier this week, the Biden administration laid out their plans to extend the public health emergency declaration for COVID for not the third, fifth, or even tenth time. This extension will mark the eleventh consecutive extension for COVID relief. Eleventh!
Make no mistake: COVID is not the outbreak we have to worry about (see here for stable infection and mortality rates). The public emergency we are facing is the debt plague brought on to us by the Left — all because they desperately want to expand big government.
It’s time we take the handles away from Biden and apply the breaks before we all fall.
