The January 6th Insurrection was an absolute low for American democracy. Now that the House Select Committee is putting in the hard work of investigating what exactly happened that day, we should expect our government institutions to fully assist in their fact finding-mission. No matter where it takes them.
Unfortunately, of course The 147 and their known associates are doing everything in their power to gaslight and disrupt the investigation. And now, what’s even more troubling is that we’re getting headlines like this:
We don’t know the specifics as to who in the Secret Service deleted these text messages or why they were motivated to do so. But we do know that there was a massive cover up inside the Trump White House over January 6th, and this news could very well be a crucial part of it.
If we’re going to get justice for what happened during the Capitol Insurrection, we need to see every piece of evidence possible. Add your name to our petition today demanding that the Secret Service provides the January 6th Committee with these erased text messages and fully cooperates with the investigation.
