It is unfathomable that we’re even having this conversation, but it’s possible that women and even children could be prosecuted for seeking abortions in the immediate future.

Texas AG Ken Paxson is already suing the Biden Administration for requiring abortions in situations where the woman’s health and life are in danger.

Meanwhile, a 10-year-old girl — a child — who was raped in Ohio had to cross state lines to seek an abortion. And now anti-abortion groups are saying she should have been forced, under penalty of law, to carry the pregnancy to term.

One of the first lines of defense against this madness is in the hands of District Attorneys. In situations where abortions are made illegal, they can REFUSE to prosecute the cases at their own discretion.

That’s why we need EVERYONE to join our efforts to not only defend pro-choice DAs — but pressure other DAs to pledge to refuse to prosecute abortion cases. Add your name here. We need to get as loud as possible.
