In fact, just this week we took action against DICK’S Sporting Goods for for multiple violations of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964; for its use of racial and other woke quotas in its workforce, and specifically in recruiting, hiring, and promoting workers because of race, color, national origin, or sex…

Such conduct is repugnant and patently illegal.

But Woke Outrages seem to go unpunished in America…

That’s why we are taking action to expose and stop DICK’S and all other woke corporations from harming our Nation and robbing Americans of their Civil Rights.
