Mitch McConnell's Senate has done some pretty awful things in the past few years. And Senator Cornyn has been with him every step of the way.

For starters, they tried to repeal the Affordable Care Act over and over again, with no plan to replace it. Had they succeeded, millions of Texans with pre-existing conditions would be at risk of losing their health care at the whims of the insurance industry.

	➥	Senator Cornyn was right in line with his boss Mitch McConnell, voting to repeal the Affordable Care Act 18 times -- even though Texas has the highest uninsured rate in the country! Politico even dubbed Cornyn health care "repeal's top salesman."

Then, McConnell held DACA hostage during a government shutdown, threatening the futures of thousands of Dreamers here in Texas and across the country.

And Senator Cornyn? He talked a big game about supporting Dreamers, but in the end he sold them out, choosing instead to stand with McConnell as he used Dreamers as a bargaining chip for an ineffective border wall.

To top it off, they've been busy forcing unqualified, hyper-partisan judges through to lifetime appointments.

Sen. Cornyn didn't just vote for judges like Brett Kavanaugh and many other partisan and extreme judicial nominees -- he even cheered Kavanaugh's confirmation with a champagne toast!
