The Sales/Use Tax Statements Form 6, 6ATV, 6MB, 6XN, and 6XMB are now available in fill-able form on the Nebraska Department of Revenue's (DOR) website. The DOR will honor requests to mail out the multi copy paper forms until our existing inventory is depleted.
