One of the most important functions of a Congressional office is assisting constituents with contacting federal agencies, a process called casework. Some of the many services my office provides for residents of Connecticut's Fourth District include expediting passport renewal applications, obtaining overdue tax refunds, and navigating issues with Social Security and Medicare.
