Hi there, we have some not-so-great news to share.

It looks like July is shaping up to be our worst fundraising month all year. Just look at these numbers: 

• Right now, our total raised for July is 50% less than where we were at this point last month.
• The number of people donating to these emails has decreased by 17%.
• And our average contribution has significantly dropped.

Our fundraising is in a bit of a slump, right when Republicans here in North Carolina are raking in millions of dollars and gearing up for the elections ahead. 

If we’re going to compete with the GOP’s war chest and ensure Democrats in North Carolina win this year and beyond, we need to catch up on our goals — and fast. 

We face a tough fight ahead to protect the progress we’ve made and keep our state moving forward. That’s why it is crucial that we shore up resources today.
