Around this time of year, we often see a dip in fundraising that we call the “summer slump.” It’s understandable. Families are on vacation "down the shore" as we like to say here, and enjoying the outdoor weather (as they should be!).

But that also means we have fewer resources to invest in on-the-ground organizing efforts at a critical time when our rights and freedoms are under attack on all fronts.
