Fair & Square is targeting one Republican incumbent and one open seat in the Houston area. Here’s a look at the seats we’re targeting:

Rep. Rick Miller, (HD-26) has lost more ground each cycle to his Democratic opponents -- and with him retiring this year, we’re convinced this seat finally flips blue in 2020.

HD-138 is an open seat that Democrats came within 47 votes of clinching in 2018.
