We are seeing a wave of anti-abortion restrictions sweeping the U.S. right now—and it starts at the top with the Trump administration's anti-abortion policies. At this very moment, we have six active cases fighting various administration policies that put the health and rights of everyone across the United States at risk.

In our SIX cases against the Trump administration, we are:
- Fighting against a broad rule that would invite any health care worker to deny medical treatment and services to patients based on their own personal beliefs.
- Challenging a contraception mandate that allows virtually any employer or university to deny coverage for contraception for religious or moral reasons.
- Working to halt harmful changes to the Title X Family Planning Program which would, among other things, impose burdensome and unnecessary requirements on Title X receipients to physically separate abortion care from other family planning services and prohibit recipients of Title X funding from referring their patients for abortion care.
- Using the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) to require the U.S. State Department to disclose information on global reproductive rights violations that it deleted from its annual Human Rights Reports.
- Litigating two additional FOIA cases against the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services for refusing to respond to requests for information regarding the new Conscience and Religious Freedom Division of the Office of Civil Rights.
We will fight any attempt to restrict our reproductive rights, but we can’t do it without the support of dedicated people like you.
