Another month of CRUSHING inflation numbers breaking the bank for families across Montana.
Inflation surged higher than economists predicted last month—hitting 9.1%, the highest rate in 41 years.
Over the past year costs on everyday necessities have skyrocketed.
Chicken is up 18.6%. Eggs cost 33.1% more. Milk rose 16.1%.
It costs hardworking Montanans nearly 60% more to fill up their pickup compared to a year ago.
Despite Montanans struggling to pay for everything from gas to groceries, President Biden's administration wants to try and revive their failed tax and spend bill which could put our economy into recession and make inflation worse.
It's delusional.
As your voice in the United States Senate, I will do everything I can to prevent this disastrous tax and spend bill from passing.
