Dear John, Reproductive rights are in danger and we need your help to protect them! Since the recent Supreme Court decision in Dobbs v. Jackson, a dozen states have already banned abortion--and that number seems likely to rise. Some states are even attempting to punish people for traveling across state lines to get an abortion and for assisting those who need care. Congress needs to act NOW to protect abortion rights. Tomorrow, July 15th, the House is expected to vote on the Women's Health Protection Act (H.R. 8296), to protect the right to access abortion nationwide, and the Ensuring Women’s Right to Reproductive Freedom Act (H.R. 8297), to reaffirm the right to travel out-of-state to seek abortion care.
