Folks, so much of who I am is shaped by Alabama. My life and roots are here, and I’ve always been proud of where I come from.

You get the sharecropper’s granddaughter whose roots are planted firmly in the Black Belt’s rich soil. I understand the value of hard work and understand the importance of sowing the seeds for future generations.

You get the attorney who is guided by a love for our democracy and who is ready and willing to fight to uphold liberty and justice for all .

You get the southerner who loves her neighbors and wants to see everyone reach their potential. Whether it’s quality education or good-paying jobs, I’m determined to invest in Alabama’s people-power so that everyone has what they need to thrive.

I wouldn’t be the person I am today without Alabama. That’s why I’m in this fight to protect Alabama’s future. And I know that if you’re standing with me in this race, you want the best for Alabama too.
