We still need to raise $1,700 by tonight to keep our fundraising on track, and I’m hoping I can count on you to help close the gap. The other side is coming at me with everything they’ve got, and we’ll need to keep up the momentum all the way to Election Day to win this thing.

You know I hate coming to you for contributions like this, but I need your help. If you’re able, will you chip in a few dollars before midnight to help us raise the funds we need to keep on the path to victory in November?

We set this goal because after closing out the second fundraising quarter of the year at the end of June strong, our fundraising started to slow at the beginning of July.

Look, I get it. It’s warm outside and I know many folks were traveling for the long weekend. But we can’t slow down our efforts – not this late in the race, and not when every election forecaster says we’re a “Toss-Up.”

As a grassroots campaign, we rely on grassroots supporters like you to help us get to where we need to be. If you’re able, can you chip in any amount to help us meet our goal? I know Jared would be so grateful, and at this point in the campaign, it could make such a difference.
