I have five free minutes on my schedule, so I wanted to sit down and give you a quick update from the campaign. It’s been a busy few weeks, especially with our on-the-ground voter outreach efforts rolling out.

I was born and raised right here in West Michigan. This race isn’t just politics to me; I know that my home district deserves a Member of Congress who actually represents our values. As a working mom, I understand what it’s like to value the common good for all of us feeling the pain at the pump, worrying about our childrens’ safety at school, and working for a better future.

Everywhere I go, I talk to voters who are ready for a change — and I know I can bring that change. It’s going to take all of us working together to stand up to the political establishment and flip this seat blue. If you’re able, I sincerely hope that you’ll consider chipping in $5, $10, or whatever you can afford to make sure we have the resources to succeed.
