This week, the January 6th Committee revealed that Andy Harris attended a December 21, 2020 meeting at the White House in a concerted effort to thwart the 2020 election and plot an attack on the Capitol.
Harris and I each took the oath of office to support and defend the Constitution from all enemies, foreign or domestic.
On that December day, Harris broke his oath, dishonored his office, and chose the pursuit of power over the rule of law. He has disgraced us.
I have honored my oath of office for decades in some of the most dangerous places on earth. When I go to Congress in January 2023, I will uphold that oath as I have since I entered the Foreign Service in 1998.
We must win in order to govern. Please vote on July 19th.
