Jay and Sandy Smith first met as toddlers in the nursery of Cedar Park Church in Washington, where Sandy’s father served as pastor. As teens just out of high school, they were the golden couple of their youth group, leaders among their church peers, and thoroughly versed in the Bible and their faith.
