John, I'm excited to share the latest from CRC with you:Can Congress tell friend from foe? ([link removed]

Scandal after scandal has exposed many think tanks and universities functioning as de facto lobbying arms of foreign governments. The scandals appear to be driving Congress to pass bipartisan legislation limiting foreign influence on policymaking. CRC's Sarah Lee reviews the scandals and Congress's surprising response here ([link removed] is Amber McReynolds doing at the Postal Service? ([link removed]

Amber McReynolds is the leader of two National Vote at Home nonprofits that are pushing to expand vote by mail across the nation. She is also a recently appointed member of the U.S. Postal Service's board of governors and therefor perfectly positioned to facilitate a power grab to effectively federalize elections. CRC's Hayden Ludwig warns of the dangers here ([link removed] are the radicals in green hats? ([link removed]

When the Supreme Court overruled Roe v. Wade, green-hatted "legal observers" from the National Lawyers Guild were out in force, attending the protests and making good on the group's promise to stand "with all of you fighting this in the streets and the courtrooms." This is of a piece with its history with the Communist Party and the Weather Underground and more recently with the Black Lives Matter and Antifa movements. CRC's Robert Stilson reports on the little green lawyers here ([link removed]
Did President Biden help overturn ([link removed] v. Wade? ([link removed]

The Roe v. Wade reversal has caused some on the left to turn against one of their heroes. According to their “thinking,” the late Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg irresponsibly died during the Trump administration instead of retiring during the Obama administration. But if they're consistent, they should add President Joe Biden to their list of traitors. CRC's Ken Braun skewers their "thinking" here ([link removed]

Zuck Bucks

On Thursday, I appeared on the National Desk to discuss the questionable use of “Zuck bucks” in the 2020 election. Over 20 state legislatures (now 21 since Pennsylvania enacted a bipartisan bill on Tuesday) have been so concerned that they restricted this kind of abuse in future elections after Mark Zuckerberg's $400 million gift via the Silicon Valley Community Foundation was used to help Democrats turn out the vote in battleground states.

The Omidyar Nexus
In this episode ([link removed] Soros, Steyer, Buffett, and Bloomberg are almost household names, but many would not be familiar with one of the most important left-of-center billionaires: Pierre Omidyar, the founder of eBay. Through vehicles such as the Democracy Fund and its affiliated "social welfare" Democracy Fund Voice, Omidyar supports left-of-center and anti-populist causes to the tune of millions of dollars per year that are increasingly in alignment with the Democratic Party.

Joining CRC’s Michael Watson to discuss Omidyar and his advocacy philanthropy is CRC’s Hayden Ludwig, author of a five-part series ([link removed] on Omidyar's political machine.
