Here's why: Our race could determine whether Democrats win a pro-choice majority in the Senate, but I'm neck and neck in the polls.

I know that compared to the dark-money millions Marco Rubio's allies are pouring into Florida, $5 may not sound like much – but it adds up quickly. Because people like you are giving one grassroots donation at a time, we've built a movement so strong that we're shocking the political establishment.

The problem is this: My fundraising has dramatically slowed over the past few weeks, just as Marco Rubio started running misleading attack ads to defeat me. That's why I need your help today to reach more voters.

I've set a Mid Month goal of $100,000 to counter Rubio's lies, but I'm still coming up short. With GOP extremists plotting a national abortion ban, losing our race and handing the Senate majority over to Mitch McConnell is simply not an option – so I'm really counting on you today.
