Power of attorney (POA) information is now available to view in e-Services!

POA gives a person the authority to access your information and represent you before the Minnesota Department of Revenue.

To see your POA information in e-Services, select the I Want To? tab and then View power of attorneys under Customer Contacts. You can find:

• People with current access to your tax information
• Name and contact of authorized people
• Authorized tax types
• Authorized periods (if available)
