Remember the American Founders? You studied them in high school, maybe college.

You know the heavy hitters like George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, and (thanks in part to the Broadway musical) Alexander Hamilton. (How about that soundtrack?)

The Fantastic Four

Gary L. Gregg III and Mark David Hall surveyed about 90 professors to compile a list of forgotten yet influential Founders who deserve to be remembered.

These four Founders made invaluable contributions to a fledgling United States.

And in light of the holiday tomorrow, we’d like to introduce you.
