• Multiple public polls have shown Cal defeating Thom Tillis and in a position to flip this seat;


• Our opponent is so weak, nobody seems to like him or trust him -- including his conservative base;


• Three political forecasters have now rated this race a toss-up, and our fundraising has kept pace with Tillis.

But there’s bad news, too: all this momentum has forced Mitch McConnell’s billionaire network -- and the Koch attack machine -- to start going up with digital and TV ads much earlier than we expected.

They’re already spending six-figures in this race, and we cannot allow them to stifle our momentum by cutting a few big checks.
