Governor Ducey Rings In The Holidays With Capitol Tree Lighting
Governor Ducey this week joined students from Benchmark Elementary School and Mountain Meadows Primary School to light the Arizona Capitol Christmas tree. As part of the event, Governor Ducey highlighted Bags of Love, a charity collecting donations for Arizona’s children in need during the holidays.

"The 25-foot blue spruce tree was donated by students from Mountain Meadows Primary School, which is part of the Heber-Overgaard Unified School District. Choir students from Benchmark Elementary School in north Phoenix got in on the festivities by performing holiday songs before the lighting."
Lucid Motors Marks Start Of Construction At Arizona Electric Vehicle Factory Site
The first phase of factory construction, representing an investment of over $300 million, is scheduled for completion in late 2020 in readiness for the start of production of Lucid’s first car, the Lucid Air luxury sedan. The facility is expected to create 2,000 direct jobs by the mid-2020s.
