Friends,
In recent weeks, the world has witnessed the devastating effects of gun violence, pushing the need for bold action. On Monday, we reached a pivotal milestone as we joined community leaders, elected officials, survivors, and advocates at the White House to celebrate the passing of the Bipartisan Safer Communities Act!
Since 2016, we have been dedicated to empowering those living closest to pain. We were proud to stand with the families, survivors, and communities shaken by gun violence and targeted acts of hate. Survivors and families from Buffalo, Uvalde, Houston, Chicago, Los Angeles, and cities across the country attended to celebrate the significance of the first bill passed to address gun violence in nearly 30 years. |
