This week, Congress plans to vote on the Ensuring Access to Abortion Act, legislation that will protect women’s constitutional rights to travel across state lines to seek abortion care, and a revised version of the Women’s Health Protection Act, which creates a federal safeguard against abortion bans and restrictions.
The fight for abortion rights is far from over and Doris is committed to protecting the right of every person to make their own decision about their bodies. That is why she will be voting YES this week to provide federal protections for abortion access.
