First, some good news.
On Friday, President Biden signed an executive order to protect abortion rights federally. Amongst other measures, it will safeguard reproductive health care services, protect the privacy of patients and safety of providers, and establish an interagency task force. It's not everything — but it's a great start.
And just hours ago, the House once again passed the Women's Health Protection Act, sending it to the Senate. Congress MUST keep pushing to protect abortion rights nationwide.
Now, some bad news.
Every day, women are being denied their own bodily autonomy. Millions have lost the right to make the most intimate decisions about their bodies. And Republican legislatures are preparing to pass the worst, most dark-ages legislation they can: criminalizing abortion, punishing providers and other who "aid and abet" abortions, and going after contraception.
We need pro-choice women in office all over the country who will fight to protect reproductive freedom. Support their campaigns by chipping in now >>
Thank you!

In 2018, Katie Hill beat the odds and flipped CA-25 blue for the first time in over two decades. Her message of systemic change resonated with voters, and though she's no longer in Congress, she's still fighting to make a difference. After stepping down from her seat, Katie founded HER Time to help elect candidates like her: women who are overlooked and underestimated.
