As you know, I’m a bit of a space nerd… and did you see the incredible photo (courtesy of the James Webb Space Telescope) of all the new galaxies??

I think it’s important to every so often take a step back and remember how small our world really is. There’s a vast amount of divisiveness right now, but when I see a picture like this, it reminds me that our world is incredibly precious. We have real challenges here in our country and our planet as a whole, and it’s up to us to do some good.

It’s also a reminder how vital research and science funding is. There is so much we don’t know, and I absolutely love to see ground-breaking research turn into something this magnificent.
