- December 21, 2020: A full week after the Electoral College certified the election for Joe Biden, Andy Harris attended a meeting with Donald Trump, Matt Gaetz, and Marjorie Taylor Greene, among others, to plot the overturn of the 2020 election and deny the peaceful transfer of power on January 6, 2021.

Harris would later pick a fight with a colleague on the House floor, which nearly became a brawl.
