Our opponent, Congressman Ted Budd, is deep in the pocket of corporate special interests. He’s spent his time in Washington raking in checks from corporate PACs and voting in line with their interests.
He’s such a reliable vote that one of the largest right-wing corporate super PACs, Club for Growth, spent $14 million to buy him the Republican primary — more than they’d ever spent on a primary before.
That same special interest group also paid for him to take luxury trips around the world. It’s the latest example of how Congressman Budd is another corrupt politician who wants power at all costs and plays by his own rules to help himself.
His corruption is so blatant that even other Republicans have said Ted Budd is a “bought-and-paid-for politician.”
The corporate special interests have too much power in Washington, and if we don’t win our race, they could get even more.
