Democrats have decided to continue forward with their impeachment sham, despite having absolutely no evidence to support their ludicrous allegations against the President. Nancy Pelosi and the Democratic leadership have obviously over-player their hand, yet they refuse to back down. Their fool's errand will, without a doubt, end in defeat. But, nevertheless, she persisted… (see what we did there?)

The one hearing this week was interesting, though, because it demonstrated one key point – Democrats know the American people aren’t buying their lies. The apparent goal of the hearing was to convince the American people that Democrats’ impeachment inquiry is legitimate, but their attempt fell flat.

Democrats called three Constitutional Law Professors and allowed Republicans to called one Constitutional Law Professor. Instead of hearing a scholarly legal stance from prestigious professors, the Democrats’ witnesses were condescending partisan actors – giving their personal opinions, and one even invoked the President’s son in an attempt to attack the President. In fact, all of the Democratic witnesses had donated to Democratic candidates in the past and/or previously come out in support of impeachment. So not really what we would call objective witnesses.

The one witness for the Republicans, Jonathan Turley, summed it up perfectly when he said, “This would be the first impeachment in history without evidence of a crime.”

The four main takeaways from the hearing this week are:

NO CRIME: Professor Jonathan Turley testified that this is the first impeachment in history with no established crime!

DEMS ABUSE POWER: Adam Schiff abused his subpoena power to violate the 4th Amendment Rights and acquired phone records, including calls to a fellow member of the House Intelligence Committee without a warrant.

NO LOW IS TOO LOW: Liberal activist law professors are willing to take potshots at 13-year-old Barron Trump and make fun of his name.

DEMS ARE LOSING SUPPORT: Democrat Congressional support is waning, and the first Democrat has publicly said they will note vote for impeachment.

Do you know what drives us crazy? When Democrats levy personal attacks against the President of the United States and his family.

Since Donald Trump announced his candidacy for President of the United States, celebrities, members of the media and even other politicians have attacked him and his family, personally. Unwarranted, unacceptable personal attacks have become far too commonplace in modern political discourse – and not shockingly, the impeachment hearings were no different.

Pamela Karlan, one of the Democrats’ condescending impeachment witnesses, attacked the President by invoking his son, Barron. Not only is this entirely unacceptable, but it was also irrelevant to the testimony she was giving.

What do Democrats believe they stand to gain from attacking the President and his family personally, we may never know… but one thing we do know is that it is entirely unacceptable.
