We need to win the fight against climate change. And while the Supreme Court’s ruling puts tight limits on the EPA’s authority to address climate emissions, it also puts the onus on Congress to take bold and immediate action.

We may have lost one of EPA’s most important and cost-effective tools, but we already have a solution. Bold legislation that invests over $550 billion into clean energy and climate solutions. The Senate is back in session and it’s time they hear from us now more than ever. 

Send your Senator a message demanding they pass this bold piece of legislation that will transform climate investments and slash pollution immediately!

Time is running out to stop the climate crisis, which is why we need the Senate to step up and get a climate deal done. Every moment of inaction pushes us closer to deadlier storms, more dangerous wildfires, crippling heat and a harsher environment for everyone.

Action has to happen and it has to happen now. We need our leaders to prioritize transformative climate investments that:
 

• Breaks our dependence on fossil fuels by transitioning to clean renewable energy;
   
• Accelerates the transition to electric cars, trucks, and buses; and
   
• Creates new jobs in the clean energy workforce.

In the absence of robust regulation by the EPA, Congress must pass legislation that puts proven and cost-effective climate solutions back on the table. But to make that possible, your leaders need to hear from you.
