From the beginning, the NDRC has used a multi-pronged approach to fight the GOP’s anti-democratic agenda. It’s how we secured fairer maps, and it’s how we plan to protect our democracy from ongoing right-wing attacks.
Because the truth is that Republicans are attacking our democracy from every angle – and this historic threat requires a historic response. Here’s what that looks like:
- Supporting dozens of key races in 17 states across the country where the outcomes will impact the future of our democracy
- Expanding and improving redistricting reforms to ensure more states have a fair map-drawing process
- Investing in mapping technology that will help draw districts in an unbiased way
- Working with our affiliates to support plaintiffs in lawsuits challenging gerrymandered maps – all the way up to the Supreme Court
- And so much more.
It’s a huge yet necessary undertaking, and the NDRC is counting on grassroots support from people like you to help us put these plans into action.
