It was so great to see so many of you at our happy hour in Silver Spring in June. Thank you to everyone who came out, especially the folks we got to meet for the first time.

FREE TRAINING: What does it take to run for ANC? [[link removed]]
Do you live in DC and want to know more about the steps involved in running for an Advisory Neighborhood Commissioner (ANC) seat – and how to handle your duties should you be elected? On Thursday, July 21 from 6:00 - 8:00 pm GGWash is hosting a training for potential ANC commissioners. This training will be led by Chelsea Allinger, executive director of GGWash and outgoing ANC 1D05 commissioner, who will be joined by several other current ANC commissioners.

Join GGWash on Wednesday, July 27 from 5:30 - 7:30 at Highline RxR in Crystal City for one of several happy hours we are hosting across the region this summer. Come hang out with GGWash staff and meet other GGWash friends based in Arlington and Northern Virginia.
