The January 6 committee hearings have revealed that leaders from violent extremist groups, including the Proud Boys and Oath Keepers, had direct contact with Trump’s top advisors in the days leading up to the attempted coup.

An Oath Keeper assigned to protect Trump Advisor Roger Stone on January 6 admitted they were ready to use “lethal force…against anyone who tried to remove President Trump from the White House — including the national guard.”

Friends, we cannot keep electing cowardly politicians who will sell out our democracy in exchange for Trump’s support.

One of those cowards is Kevin Kiley, who has rallied with alt-right leaders and refused to answer who he thinks won the 2020 presidential election. His waffling earned him a Trump endorsement.

Kiley’s silence, and the silence and lies of other elected officials like him, make him complicit in the violence and death of January 6.

Let’s make sure this is the last year Kiley ever holds office.
